- Guest Registration form must be signed on arrival.
- Please present a copy of your ID card upon Check-in.
- 50% advance payment should be made during check-in.
- Check-in time should be informed in advance and any guest who is staying beyond 24 Hrs. should inform the reception. Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, a normal tariff will be charged.
- No visitors are allowed after 10:00 p.m. Guests are not allowed to accommodate any unregistered guests for the night. Visitors must notify the Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Any visitor who is staying after 22:00 will be considered as an additional occupancy. The addition of each person shall take place at the current price of an extra bed.
- Guests staying at Nokian Woods have an obligation to behave properly and not to disturb the peace of stay of other persons. Ensure that the guest conducts in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the homestay forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
- Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms while going out/going to bed. The Management will not be responsible for any loss/damage to the Guest’s belongings including theft.
- No Pets allowed in the Premises
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building . Smoking inside the room will result in a penalty of ₹2000.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property/ caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. You will be charged for any damage or loss of the facilities or equipment, inside or outside the room caused by you or your Guests
